Watch repair service

I came last week here in Calgary from Essex, UK and during my stay there I repaired a watch from local watch repair shop. It worked well for the two weeks but again it has few issues. How can I send back it to that watch service? Is there any way for that? Although there are many options in Canada but those guys were really expert in their work.
Any suggestion?
