Hi, I’m really sorry if my question is irrelevant. Actually, I’m looking for any course or training material related to photo editing. If there’s any site that can perform automated work like photo colorization, image editing, and assist in jpeg artifacts removal, pls mention here.

Yes, it’s relevant. If you’re looking for a site that offer all these features then you may find but a course or training stuff is easily available on YouTube. Recently, I used a site for jpeg artifacts removal and it was an amazing result overall.
