Where can I find the best tools for machine learning? I am afraid my business is falling behind and competitors have invented many nice things with artificial intelligence!

Yesterday I read an article that told me that if you get a bit too late with innovations, competition will become really high, and it will be useless to work there with them. So you should always be one step ahead. If you try and use machine learning models that can detect competitors activity by means of analyzing the traffic of people and cars, you will get a clearer picture.
