No, it is not true. When results are delivered to employers they are in the form of an MRO report. All MRO reports do not look exactly the same but the basic information they hold is the same, they will list when and where the test was done, when it reached the lab, which lab it was, when it was reported out to the MRO, and then a list of what drugs were tested for and whether the result was Negative or Positive. The report will not list quantitative results and it will not carry any information about medications you take, even if you disclosed this information to the MRO.
